Personal Note from Dr. Stafford
I suffered from most of the TMJ/TMD symptoms and severe migraine headaches as a patient myself. I know what it is like to have constant headaches and facial pain. I was told by a TMJ professor and numerous neurologists and physicians that my symptoms were caused by stress, and there was nothing they could do to help me. I taught myself how to function with the debilitating headaches, and went through my entire dental school education silently suffering from chronic migraine pain.
In finding relief, and completely resolving my own pain with treatment from one of my mentors Dr. Jay Gerber, I have established a TMJ/TMD practice to help others like myself. It is immensely gratifying for me to work with my patients and see improvement and resolution of their pain. I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you to help you get out of pain and get back to the lifestyle you want to be living!
